El islote Las Tintoreras se encuentra ubicado al sur de Puerto Villamil. Tiene una pequeña bahía de aguas completamente tranquilas de color turquesa, donde se pueden apreciar lobos marinos, tortugas marinas, iguanas marinas, rayas, etc.

Itinerario del tour

1º Día

Generalmente luego del desayuno nos disponemos a visitar el Islote Tintoreras. La navegación corta (20 min) empieza en el muelle a bordo de una pequeña lancha (capacidad de 12 personas). El islote toma su nombre de los tiburones de aleta blanca conocidos como Tintoreras. Esta es considerada una de las más fascinantes especies de Galápagos, en la misma zona encontraremos: lobos marinos, iguanas marinas, piqueros patas azules, cangrejos (Sally Lightfoot Crab), tortugas marinas, pelícanos y los peculiares pingüinos de Galápagos. Esta exaltada exhibición de vida salvaje nos dejara sin aliento. Luego nos trasladaremos a una entrante de mar en el islote para realizar snorkel, el sitio es ideal para esta actividad porque una gran variedad de peces, estrellas de mar, erizos, manta rayas, y los hermosos tiburones y lobos marinos nadan en el sitio. Luego de este único encuentro, nos dirigimos al muelle de Isabela para finalizar el recorrido.
